In January 2026, Connie Da Silva emerged from five days of deep transformational work to find a country in chaos. The question that followed her home: if this kind of shift is possible in five days, what could happen if millions of people had access to it?
She didn’t come to this work from the outside. She lived it — and built WTFU as the answer: the radical simplicity of a cup of coffee, used to bridge the gap between personal transformation and collective action.
Heal the person. Awaken the collective. We convert strangers into community, and community into change — with urgency, with warmth, and without waiting for permission.
